专利说明:

The invention relates to an additional lock for a door or a window, which has an operative connection between a push plate of the additional lock with a corresponding control mechanism of a main lock and is thus controlled by this, the additional locking comprises a housing miteinem rotatably mounted therein against its initial position biased pawl which is rotatable upon impact of a Schlußstückbolzens in a recess of the housing in its locking position. For doors or windows with multiple locks, there are a variety of options for the design of additional locks. In most cases extendable or parallel to Stulpverschiebbare bars are used, which engage in corresponding Ausneh¬mungen in strikers.
Also known are locks with rotary latch locks, which are frequently used, for example, in the automotive sector, but are also used in conventional door locks. Often, locks with a so-called "day position" are used. Provide, in the lock corresponding traps or bars are locked in the retracted position, and an easy opening and closing of a door is always possible. Such functions are often desirable in doors in public buildings or shops. Should the door in question have additional locks, these are usually locked in the open position as well. An example of such a daytime, rotary latch lock type lock is shown in DE 102010049567 A1. The locking takes place thereby either by a handle or by means of a Stell¬motors.
A disadvantage of the known solutions is that in the position of the day the function of the case is completely deactivated and thus there is no hold between the closing piece and the catch. The door can thus be opened without any resistance, whereby it is easily pushed open even in undesirable situations, for example in the wind. When using Drehfallenverriegelungen in revolving or sliding doors has the problem that in the last few millimeters to the closure often greater tolerances exist because the suspension of the door causes the forend is not one hundred percent perpendicular and thus just when closing the door a certain tightening force the catch is required to hold the door in the closed position. However, in the case of conventional daytime position locks, there would be no retention by the catch, as a result of which the door would slide out of the striker in many situations due to its own weight and would thus always be ajar when the daytime position is activated.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an additional lock with improved tag position, which eliminates the above drawbacks, and which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the thrust plate is displaceable substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing, movable over the operative connection from the main lock from an initial position to an opening end position and lockable in this via the main lock, and in the thrust plate substantially normal to the direction of movement of the thrust plate slidable catch is provided, which is biased by its spring against its extended position, and which is in the opening end position of the pusher plate and in the closed position of the pawl with a locking shoulder of the pawl engaged and locked in the closed position springing. By the above-mentioned feature, it is possible that the locking hook when closing a door, although by the provided detent locks in its locked position, but it can be moved back with little effort by overcoming the spring force of the locking latch back to its original position, whereby the door can be opened easily. This offers the advantage that the door can not be simply pushed open by, for example, wind or the like, but a user does not have to operate a door handle when opening and can press the door with little force. The force of the spring of the catch can be chosen depending on the application so that the corresponding door safely falls into the lock and is easy to open at the same time.
It is a further feature of the invention that the thrust plate is biased against its locking position and has a zumin¬dest sections obliquely to their direction duri fetching control link, in which a control pin of a substantially normal to the direction of movement of the thrust plate displaceable locking piece is guided, so in Schlie߬ position of the pawl and thus also closed position of the thrust plate abuts an edge of the locking piece against a shoulder of the locking hook and blocks it against rotation in the direction of the starting position. The opening and locking mechanism of the auxiliary lock with deactivated day position can thus by only two linearly moving components, which are accomplished with the pawl co-operation, which on the one hand is very inexpensive to manufacture and on the other hand offers a high locking security.
Furthermore, it is a feature of the present invention that the shoulder of the pawl is formed in at least two stages, whereby at least two locking points are provided with the edge of the pawl. Alternatively, the edge of the locking piece can also be formed in at least two stages. Since a certain amount of distortion occurs in the doors over time or depending on the weather and time of year, a multi-level locking points can be used to securely lock the additional lock in every situation and the resulting tolerances can be compensated.
According to a further feature of the invention, it is provided that the operative connection between the main lock and the Schubplatte the additional locking is formed by a cable, wherein the pulling direction of the cable opposite the Vorspanπnung the thrust plate. A construction with cable offers the advantage over a conventional construction with push rods that a much lower expenditure of force is necessary. It is only necessary to overcome the forces of the preload of the thrust plate of the auxiliary lock and to expend no additional forces on the lifting of a push rod.
It is a further feature of the invention that on the thrust plate at the opposite end of the cable to Haupt¬schloß another cable is connected to the thrust plate, which is guided out of the housing and is connected to other additional locks on the side facing away from the main lock side of the additional lock. This makes it possible, as many additional locks, depending on the application, connect in series.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein

The additional lock shown in Fig. 1 in the form of an additional lock with rotary latch lock has a housing 1. wp! nhps 7.nr hpssprpn ai si rhtmt p ^ nf- fprrrl-ρτ DHe ^ r-ril pH-o. In the housing 1 there is a pawl 2 pivotally mounted on a rotational axis 24, which is prestressed against its initial position by means of a spring 4 (see FIG. 2). Movable parallel to the longitudinal side of the housing 1 is also arranged by means of a spring 5 (see Fig. 2) biased against its locking pitch thrust plate 3. The pusher plate 3 has receptacles 16 for suspending traction ropes (not shown), which are executed through openings 17 in the housing 1 and are connected to the main lock or other additional locks. In a further receptacle 20in the pusher plate 3, a catch 18 is biased by means of a spring 19 in the direction pawl 2. When the door or window is closed, the additional lock strikes a closing piece 7 with a closing piece bolt 6, which enters a recess 8 in the housing 1 and, consequently, a recess 9 (see FIG. 2) in the locking hook 2 and thereby the locking hook 2 in its closed position twisted. The striker pin 6 is vertically displaceable to compensate for positional inaccuracies of the striker. The inlet slope of Ausneh- gung 8 of the housing 1 brings the striker pin 6 in the correct position.
In the position shown in Fig. 2, the push plate 3 is in an opening end position in which it can be locked via the cable pull from the main lock, whereby a Tagesstellung for the additional locking is achieved. The Sperr¬ hook 2 is in initial position. In the area of the pawl hook 2, in this position, a catch 18, which can be moved perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the pusher plate 3 and is prestressed by means of a spring 19, comes to rest.
Now, if the door or the window is closed, the pawl 2 rotates, whereby the catch 18 is pushed back by a side surface of the pawl 2 against the force of its spring 19 in its Aufnahnahme 20, as shown in Fig. 3.
Upon reaching the closed position of the pawl 2 according to the FIG. 4, the catch slides over a latching shoulder 21 on Sperr¬ hook 2, whereby it is held in this position. When you open the additional lock must be pulled only in the opening direction and the force of the spring 19 of the catch 18 über¬wunden, whereupon the additional lock is released. Thus, even in the daytime position, the auxiliary latch can be used to securely snap the door or window open, and further, without the use of a key or door handle, it is only possible to open it by mounting the door or window.
Fig. 5 shows the additional lock of Fig. 2 in Ausgangs¬stellung with deactivated day position. The thrust plate 3 is pressed by the force of the spring 5 in the direction of locking division, wherein a normal to the direction of movement of the thrust plate 3 displaceable locking piece 11 engages with a control pin 12 in a cam 10 of the thrust plate 3. The gate 10 is arranged at least partially obliquely to the direction of movement of the thrust plate 3, whereby the locking piece 11 is pressed in the direction of the locking hook 2. Since the pawl 2 is in Ausgangs¬stellung, the locking piece 11 is located on the side of the Sperr¬hakens 2, whereby the pusher plate 3 can not completely indie lock division can pass. Now enters a Schließstück¬ bolt 6 in the recess 8 of the housing 1, the pawl 2 begins to rotate against the force of its spring 4 toward the closed position, the Schließstückbolzen 6 slides into a recess 9 of the pawl 2.
Upon reaching the closed position, as shown in Fig. 6, an edge 13 of the locking piece 11 slides over the shoulder 14 of the pawl 2, whereby the pusher plate 3 can move further in the direction of the closed position and thus the locking piece 11 in the direction of pawl 2. Due to the abutment of the shoulder 14 of the pawl 2 at the edge 13 of the locking piece 11, the lock is locked. The shoulder 14 can also be formed in multiple stages, wherein in the embodiment shown, a second stage 15 is provided. When fully closed, the edge 13 of the locking piece 11 abuts against this second stage 15. However, since it comes in practice to tolerances, beispiels¬weise by the delay of a door, can be achieved by providing a multi-stage shoulder even with larger tolerances still a safe closed position.
To open the additional lock the cable is operated via the lock mechanism of the main lock, whereby the thrust plate 3 is pulled against the force of the spring 5. As a result, the blocking piece 11 is pulled away from the locking hook 2 via the control bolt guided in the slot 10 and releases it in order to be able to return to its starting position.
Figures 7 and 8 show in detail the thrust plate 3, which has on one side the recesses 16 for suspending traction cables and the receptacle 20 for the catch 18. On the opposite side is the slide 10 for the control pin 12 of the locking piece 11, and a receptacle 22 for the spring fifth
Fig. 9 shows the pawl 2, which has a recess 9 for receiving the striker pin 6. Around the axis of rotation 24 around a receptacle 23 for the spring 4 is arranged. In approximately opposite the recess 9 is the shoulder 14 for locking the pawl 2, which has a second stage 15 in Aus¬führungsbeispiel shown.
Finally, in Fig. 10, the locking piece 11 is shown, which is provided with a guide groove 25 which is guided on a corre sponding rib in the housing. Also located on the pawl 11 is the control pin 12 which engages the control cam 10 in the pusher plate 3 and the edge 13 which cooperates with the shoulder 14 and the second step 15 of the pawl in the locking position, respectively.
